Plantation Estates
The Plantation Estates is a luxurious residential community located in Kapalua, on the northwestern coast of Maui. It is known for its expansive, elegantly-designed homes, stunning ocean and mountain views, and world-class amenities.
Many homes feature large, open floor plans, high ceilings, and expansive windows that offer stunning views of the golf course, ocean and Molokai. Some homes boast additional features like home theaters, wine cellars, and private swimming pools.

Golf
The Plantation Golf Course
Kapalua is a golfer’s mecca. The Plantation is an 18-hole golf course at Kapalua Resort that offers scenic views of the Pacific Ocean and includes dramatic elevation changes. It was designed by well-known golf course architects Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore and is named after the former pineapple plantations that once occupied the area. Each year when it hosts the annual kick-off to the PGA Tour, the Sentry Tournament of Champions.
The Bay Course at Kapalua is a world-renowned golf course located in the Kapalua resort area on the western side of Maui. The course was designed by Arnold Palmer and Francis Duane and offers stunning ocean views and challenging play.

Spas
For Spa lovers, Spa Montage at Montage Kapalua is a major draw. The spa is considered by some to be the best on Maui. One of the benefits of living in Kapalua is that you have golf cart privileges to drive throughout the resort, meaning you can ride from your home to your spa appointment and back in your cart. Things could not be more civilized!

Beaches
There are plenty of water sports to enjoy in Kapalua, including surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling.
Kapalua Bay Beach is an iconic beach in West Maui and has been ranked as Hawaii’s best beach. Its sandy beach and clear turquoise water make it excellent for snorkeling and swimming.
