LAHAINA WILDFIRES
Lahaina town has been severely impacted by an unprecedented wildfire that swept through the town in August 2023.
The impact of the fires is specific to the historic parts of the town and the immediate surrounding neighborhoods. Neighborhoods just to the north and south were largely spared.
For the time being, we are rallying together to heal and rebuild, partnering with Sharing Connexion Hawai’i, a 501(c)(3) public charity that specializes in providing solutions for nonprofits and affordable housing organizations – sharingconnexionhawaii.org.

Maui’s main gateway is Kahului International Airport. Kahului is well-served by major US domestic carriers, which offer nonstop service to Maui from cities across the US. The US West Coast has ample flights, with multiple departures from LA, San Francisco, and Seattle, and nonstop service from several secondary airports.
